The Park County Affiliate of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) invites you to participate in their biennial fundraising event as a donor, consignor, or community member supporting our local initiatives. AAUW provides scholarships for women in higher education; sponsors and organizes the Park High Academic Awards Night; and hosts local candidate forums.
Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and light appetizers and buy art! Join us for the fun while searching out that special item, as well as supporting the AAUW’s fundraising for our community.
Donors and consignors are welcome to bring items, including paintings, sculpture, art, books, pottery, wall hangings, vases, picture frames, jewelry, vintage clothing, furniture, dishes, and silver pieces. Items for sale or donation can be dropped off at The Shane Lalani Center on Thursday, April 16th from 10 am to 6 pm and Friday, April 17th from 10 am to 1 pm. A maximum of 20 items is allowed. All consigned items must be previously owned and valued at $35 or more and are subject to the manager’s discretion. Consignors will receive 60% of the sale and checks will be mailed two weeks after the event. Unsold items must be picked on Saturday, April 18th between 12 and 2 pm.
The New to You Art and Antiques Sale kicks off at the Shane Center on Friday April 17th from 5 to 8 pm with a wine reception and continues Saturday April 18th from 9 am to Noon. The $10 admission for Friday night covers the two-day event; admission for Saturday only is $5.
