The Livingston Gallery Association (LGA) is pleased to announce their upcoming 2025 season. Since the Danforth Gallery opened in 1974 the town of Livingston has continued to embrace the arts. The downtown currently houses over twenty galleries, studios, museums, and art centers. Yearly, these businesses band together as a marketing force to keep Livingston at the forefront of ART in the west.

Each of LGA businesses is unique and most have changing exhibits throughout the year. The artists and art come from near and far.

There are receptions throughout the year but the large main events are five Art Walks held on the fourth Fridays of June, July, August, September, and November 21st from 5:30 – 8 pm.

The 2025 members of the LGA are: the Blue Door Gallery, Cactus Blossom Collective, Curated Closet, the Danforth Museum of Art, DeYoung Gallery, Frame Garden, Joe Wayne Gallery, the Livingston Center for Art and Culture, Medicine Bird, Mordam Art, Out of the Blue Antiques, Park Photo, Parks Reece Gallery, Placed, Robert Osborn Gallery, Soul Dog Gallery, Strata-Editions, Visions West Contemporary, Wheatgrass Books, and Yellowstone Hat Co.

Most of the LGA galleries are located within the three blocks of Historic Downtown Livingston but some are around a corner you may not have explored before. That is why the Association provides maps at all of the locations (as well as the local Chamber of Commerce) so all of the galleries can be experienced. If you would like more information contact Laura at 406-222-5122.

The first Art Walk of the 2025 season is June 27th starting at 5:30 pm. Come on down, enjoy the art, meet the artists, then stay later… for a play, a reading, or dinner at any of the fine restaurants. See you on Friday the 27th!
