Check out Livingston’s latest and greatest Fitness & Wellness Center at The Hub's Grand Opening, on Friday, May 30th, from 5 to 7 pm. It is located downstairs (there’s an elevator too!) at 206 South Main Street.
If you’re over 60 or mobility challenged, and if you think exercise is just for the young—here’s the truth: Movement is medicine and strength training might be your most powerful prescription—regardless of age, but especially for folks in their senior years. Let’s put your body in motion— and your life on a path to greater strength, confidence, and connection… Here is what you will find at the Grand Opening:
- Meet the staff and get a guided tour
- See the equipment—it’s simpler than you think!
- Ask questions, try a few movements
- Discover how movement can change your life—one step at a time
- Enjoy a beverage (alcohol free, of course!) and refreshments
The Hub is a brand-new facility designed specifically for seniors and those of all ages who are mobility challenged. You will find senior-friendly fitness equipment; strength, balance, and mobility classes, educational workshops on nutrition and wellness. There are also social spaces to connect with others in a welcoming, supportive community environment.

Whether you want to improve balance, build strength, boost energy, enjoy movement with new friends, or just feel more like you, The Hub is there to help! If you can’t make it to the gym, there’s a program to bring the tools and the guidance right to your home.
Remember, you don’t have to do every exercise perfectly. You just have to begin.
The Hub is not just about working out—it’s about you! For more information call 406-333-2276 or email garrick@ parkcountyseniorcenter.org. See you at the Grand Opening!
