HRDC is preparing to open its Livingston Warming Center for the upcoming winter season, providing a safe, warm space for individuals experiencing homelessness or lacking adequate heat during Montana’s coldest months. The Warming Center model operates seasonally and relies on community support and fundraising to keep its doors open.
The Park County Council for the Arts (PCCArts) proudly awarded Parks Reece the distinction of Inaugural Artist Laureate for 2025.
