John C. Webb was born Sept. 13, 1947, in Niskayuna, New York. His father was an engineer for General Electric and in 1954 was sent to Japan to help rebuild after WWII. John had two brothers, and a sister was born there.
The founders of this nation, having suffered under the yoke of British tyranny and well aware of what history taught, declared that people should be free and independent.

HRDC is preparing to open its Livingston Warming Center for the upcoming winter season, providing a safe, warm space for individuals experiencing homelessness or lacking adequate heat during Montana’s coldest months.
The Warming Center model operates seasonally and relies on community support and fundraising to keep its doors open.
The Park County Council for the Arts (PCCArts) proudly awarded Parks Reece the distinction of Inaugural Artist Laureate for 2025. PCCArts also recognized the late Russell Chatham as the 2025 Legacy Laureate. Parks, as well as Russell’s daughter Lea, received a beautiful leather award ribbon designed by Chase DeForest.
