The Livingston HealthCare Foundation is proud to announce that it provided more than $1.15 million to Livingston HealthCare during Fiscal Year 2026, making it one of the Foundation's most impactful years of philanthropy.

Made possible through the generosity of individual donors, businesses, foundations, and community partners, these investments are helping Livingston HealthCare strengthen rural healthcare by purchasing advanced medical equipment, expanding access to specialty services, and providing assistance to patients when they need it most.

The majority of the funding supported capital investments in state-of-the-art medical equipment that will enhance patient care and improve access to services close to home. Among the largest investments was a Multi-Purpose Imaging System, which will expand orthopedic and pain management services while enhancing diagnostic capabilities for patients throughout the region.

Additional investments included medication dispensing cabinets to enhance patient safety, new defibrillators to strengthen emergency cardiac care, a vascular access ultrasound system, a bladder scanner, a blood bank refrigerator, new surgical equipment, wireless fetal monitoring technology for the Family Birth Center, and specialized equipment for Hospice and other clinical departments.

The Foundation also continued its commitment to removing barriers to care by providing transportation assistance, fuel and gift cards, hospice beds, community health education, and youth mental health initiatives through its Patient Greatest Needs Fund and other charitable programs.

"Every dollar invested represents the generosity and compassion of our community," said Jessie Wilcox, Executive Director of the Livingston HealthCare Foundation. "Because of our donors, Livingston HealthCare is able to invest in cutting-edge technology, recruit and retain specialty providers, and ensure our patients have access to exceptional healthcare close to home. These investments improve the quality of care today while preparing our hospital for the future."

Among the year's largest investments were:

  • Multi-Purpose Imaging System – $508,900
  • Defibrillators – $237,800
  • Medication Dispensing Cabinets – $221,090
  • Surgical equipment and technology – $217,000
  • Wireless Fetal Monitoring System – $15,475
  • Vascular Ultrasound Machine - $41,000

In total, the Livingston HealthCare Foundation invested $1,152,910.19 in Livingston HealthCare during Fiscal Year 2026.

Building on this momentum, the Foundation is now focused on completing its $750,000 Pharmacy Expansion and Renovation Campaign. As part of the Park County Community Foundation's annual Give A Hoot campaign, the Livingston HealthCare Foundation is inviting the community to help cross the finish line on this transformational project.

The pharmacy renovation will modernize one of the hospital's most critical departments, improving medication safety, increasing operational efficiency, and creating the capacity needed to support expanded clinical services and meet the growing healthcare needs of Park County.

"The incredible generosity of our community made this year's investments possible," Wilcox said. "Now we have an opportunity to finish another vital project. Every Give A Hoot donation brings us one step closer to completing our pharmacy renovation and ensuring Livingston HealthCare continues providing exceptional care for generations to come."

Community members can support the Livingston HealthCare Foundation during the Give A Hoot campaign by making a gift to help complete the Pharmacy Expansion and Renovation Campaign. Every donation will help strengthen local healthcare and ensure patients continue to receive outstanding care close to home.
