Debbie Kostelecky of Wilsall, Montana, passed away, aged 72, on May 14, 2026, with her husband by her side at Livingston HealthCare in Livingston, Montana.
Debbie is survived by her mother, Valentine Zindler; her husband, Dennus Kostelecky; her children, Kim (Arron) Culbert, LaFawn Kostelecky, Wendy Kostelecky; her grandchildren, Tausha and Trey Culbert; brothers, Norbert (Debbi) Zindler, Terry (Steph) Zindler, Monk (Angie) Zindler; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Rudolph Zindler and her brother, Melvin Zindler.
Debbie was born in Billings on March 21, 1953, to Rudolph and Valentine Zindler. She was the middle child and only daughter of five siblings. She spent her childhood running around the ranch with her brothers. She sure had some funny stories. After graduating from Rapelje High School, she attended Billings Business College.
Debbie married her husband, Dennus, on February 9, 1978. During their marriage they lived in many places throughout Montana. Debbie also had many different jobs over the years. In December 1999, they finally settled in Wilsall. She loved living in Wilsall and had many friends.
