HELENA — Soccer fans from across Montana are invited to Downtown Helena on Sunday, July 19th, for the inaugural Helena World Cup Final Fan Fest & Watch Party, a free community celebration featuring a giant outdoor LED screen, family-friendly activities, and the opportunity to experience the world's biggest sporting event together in the heart of Montana's capital city.

Building on the success of Helena's World Cup Fan Fest and U.S. Men's National Team watch parties earlier this summer, organizers are expanding the experience with a 12-foot by 20-foot LED screen on the Walking Mall, creating an unforgettable outdoor venue to watch the championship match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The game starts at 1 pm with soccer fans, families, and visitors encouraged to bring lawn chairs, wear their favorite country's colors, and enjoy an afternoon celebrating the world's game alongside fellow Montanans.

"What started as an idea to bring people together around the U.S. Men's National Team has grown into something much bigger," said organizer Spencer Buck. "The response from our community has been incredible. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and partners, we're able to create a free event where families, soccer fans, and visitors can experience the excitement of a World Cup Final together in Downtown Helena."

More than just a watch party, the Helena World Cup Final Fan Fest & Watch Party celebrates community, showcases Helena's vibrant downtown, and brings together people of all ages through the universal language of sport. Organizers hope the event encourages residents and visitors alike to spend the day exploring local restaurants, breweries, shops, and businesses before and after the match.

The event is free and open to the public and is made possible through the generous support of local businesses and community partners.

Organizers also recognize the Downtown Helena Business Improvement District (BID) for its early support of the Helena World Cup Fan Fest through a community grant. That investment helped launch the local celebration and laid the foundation for bringing the World Cup Final to downtown Helena.
