Dear Editor,
I support Orlina Libsack to fill the shoes I once wore as Park County Clerk of District Court for 39 years.
I personally have known Orlina for 20 years and her family since my early years working in the business community.
Orlina worked for me as a Deputy Clerk of District Court for five years. Everyday during those years, I saw her high integrity and ability to be flexible as the normal office workflow required being able to change gears at the drop of a hat. She is a quick learner and had her duties of the Deputy Clerk mastered in no time. Orlina also wrote the first detailed procedures handbook for the office.
Orlina has many years of experience working directly with the public and she understands the importance of excellent customer service. She is organized and meticulous, and has technically savvy—with the ever-changing automation of the Clerk’s office this will come in handy.
In addition to her experience in my office, she has been employed as a Legal Secretary for a local law office for 15 years, she also took on the task of heading up the Livingston Golf Course Ladies Evening Golf League. Her experiences have shaped her into a successful leader. She is very proficient and a welcoming person.
If you prize accountability, responsiveness, accuracy transparency, efficient and effective service—with that small town feel... Orlina is the one to do it!
