In Support of Frank O'Connor
Dear Editor,
I have watched Frank O’Connor serve and participate in this community for more than 30 years. As a community member since 1991, and as a local business owner since 2012, I have had the opportunity to see Frank in many different settings. Over the years, I have come to see him as someone who is thoughtful, capable, and committed to our community.
As a downtown business owner, I believe the health of our local economy is deeply connected to the health of the place we call home. As the Wild Livelihoods business coalition says, “Business is good because the wild is still here.” The vitality of my business depends, in part, on the health and accessibility of our public lands, thoughtful and responsible growth, and our ability to strike a balance between a thriving local economy and preserving the small-town charm and community connections that make Park County special.
I believe Frank shares these values. I am confident he will bring experience, common sense, and a collaborative approach to the role of County Commissioner, helping guide Park County toward a future that supports both our community and the landscapes that sustain us.
I am proud to support Frank O’Connor for Park County Commissioner.

In Support of Jason Gunderson and Bob Crank
Dear Editor,
Time to Vote Again:
Republicans Jason Gunderson for Montana Senate District 29, and Bob Crank for Montana House District 57, both of whom live in Livingston and Paradise Valley. Liberal gerrymandering now allows both of their Democrat opponents to reside in Bozeman. Would they remember us on their drive to Helena?
Park County Commissioner Mike Story has always stood for private property rights, fiscal responsibility and common-sense decision making.
County Sheriff Candidates Tad Dykstra & Steve Voss both have their feet on the ground in the community.
Montana Supreme Court Justice Dan Wilson is the only common sense candidate who doesn’t’ want men competing in women’s sports. He is a fair and impartial Montana Judge.
This summer, our grocery store parking lots were filled with out of state activists gathering signatures, getting 10 bucks a pop for every name on their clip boards. All three initiatives were funded by organizations outside Montana. Vote NO on all three initiatives.
Vote Kurt Alme for United States Senate and Troy Downing for United States House of Representatives.

Experience, Integrity and Community
Dear Editor,
Experience should be the top consideration when any voter is choosing our next Clerk of Court. This position demands strong leadership, organization, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the importance of protecting confidential information and maintaining accurate legal records.
Orlina Libsack brings a strong combination of experience to the role: 11 years in management with Montana’s Rib & Chop House and the Livingston Golf Course, 14 years in the legal field as a legal assistant, and 6 years of previous service as a Deputy Clerk of Court. Her background provides a well-rounded understanding of management, legal procedures, and the day-to-day responsibilities of the Clerk of Court’s office.
Through her firsthand experience in the office, Orlina Libsack understands the importance of safeguarding confidential information, maintaining accurate records, and treating everyone with professionalism and respect.
I encourage voters to consider Orlina Libsack’s experience, integrity, and commitment to our community when choosing our next Clerk of Court.
Sincerely,

Vote for Orlina Libsack on November 3rd
My name is Orlina Libsack, and I am running for Park County Clerk of District Court. As a lifelong resident of Park County with 20 years of experience in the legal field—including six years as a Deputy Clerk of District Court under the longest standing Clerk of District Court—I presently work for a local attorney as a legal assistant.
My family moved to Montana in 1963 settling in Paradise Valley. Since 1987, we have leased the AA Ranch. I grew up in Livingston, graduated from Park High School in 2001, and was proud to be a Lady Ranger.
My mission in becoming the next Clerk of District Court is to foster a welcoming, community-focused environment in the office with accuracy and efficiency. Building on my background and experience also including—11 years in management with Montana Rib and Chop House and the Livingston Golf Course, and a total of 14 years as a legal assistant—I know firsthand the true value of exceptional customer service. Simple gestures like a warm smile and eye contact go a long way, and I am committed to delivering professional, knowledgeable, courteous, accurate, and friendly service to every member of our community.
I look forward to serving you again, and I would love your support. If you appreciate dignity, honor, and respect, vote for me!
Thank you for your consideration,
Orlina Libsack
In Support of Orlina Libsack
Dear Editor,
I support Orlina Libsack for Park County Clerk of District Court. Orlina has 20 years of experience in the legal system in Park County. She has served as a Deputy Clerk and has worked as a legal assistant in private practice. Experience does matter. The Clerk of Court is responsible for being the steward of all official court records and documents in the District Court system. Whether a case is related to family or divorce matters, child support, youth court, child and elder protection, felony criminal, estate and wills, property dispute and settlement, or any type of legal case greater than small claims or misdemeanor, those records are filed with the District Court Clerk.
The Clerk's Office has seen upheaval in the past year with very high staff turnover. The current staff of three has approximately a year or so of combined time in the office. Orlina wrote the first manual for How to Train Deputy Clerks in Park County while serving as a Deputy Clerk. Her attention to detail, organizational skill, and work ethic is why June Little tasked Orlina with this important project. Becoming an effective Clerk does not happen overnight or by chance. The Clerk of Court must be knowledgeable and clearly understand the legal system and how to protect the record of the court.
There is too much at stake and no time to lose. The Clerk must serve with integrity and professionalism. Accuracy, meeting deadlines, discretion, and serving the public with privacy, respect and dignity, are just a few of the essential skills that Orlina brings to the table. The only candidate in this race with the knowledge, and wisdom that Park County needs, and deserves, is Orlina Libsack. I will be voting for Orlina; I ask that you do the same.

In Support of Scott Rosenzweig
Dear Editor,
Voters in Montana Senate District 29 have a rare opportunity to elect Scott Rosenzweig, someone who will stand up for public lands, river and stream access, common sense ideas like a balanced budget and a fair tax system for all Montanans.
Scott was a successful representative. In the last session, he demonstrated this by being open minded to everyone’s ideas. We can trust Scott to continue listening to everyone and send him back to Helena to do this good work for us as a state senator.
Scott listens. He is knocking on thousands of doors, talking with thousands of local residents, listening to our concerns and taking what he hears to Helena to fight for our families and communities who are overwhelmed by inflation, healthcare costs, and housing prices that are out of reach. Scott places the people of Montana before corporations that are slicing up Montana like a pie and serving it to their wealthy benefactors.
Scott attends meetings year-round, town halls, local city and county commission meetings. He understands things that concern us like AI data centers, protecting our right to privacy, Superfund cleanup projects, protecting our public lands, our growth needs, diving deep into our unfair tax structures that favor the wealthy and burden the working family. As an experienced business owner, a parent of three children, and an elected representative, Scott knows what needs to be fixed and how to fix it.
I am confident Scott will make good things happen for all Montanans. Scott respects and listens to everyone in order to find solutions.
Please vote for Scott Rosenzweig for a better Montana for all of us.
