The Livingston HealthCare Foundation is pleased to announce a generous philanthropic gift from Walt and Ruth Weissman in honor of Dr. Scott Coleman and Paula Coleman, in recognition of their outstanding dedication to patient care in Park County.

The gift has made it possible to purchase a Vascular Access Ultrasound System for Livingston HealthCare, a technology that will directly support and enhance vascular access procedures across the organization.

The system improves accuracy and first-attempt success rates for patients requiring IVs, midlines, PICC lines, and other vascular access procedures, particularly for those with difficult venous access or complex medical conditions. It also helps reduce complications and treatment delays, supporting more timely and effective care.

The vascular access ultrasound system further strengthens Livingston HealthCare’s ability to provide these services locally, reducing the need for outside referrals and ensuring patients can receive high-quality care close to home.

This gift was made in recognition of Dr. and Mrs. Coleman’s leadership in identifying and advancing the need for enhanced vascular access capabilities within the organization.

“We are deeply grateful to Walt and Ruth Weissman for their generosity and to Dr. Scott Coleman and Nurse Practitioner Paula Coleman for their vision and commitment to improving patient care,” said Jessica Wilcox, Executive Director of the Livingston HealthCare Foundation. “This investment represents both community gratitude and a meaningful step forward in clinical excellence at Livingston HealthCare.”
