Calling all Park County artists and creatives! ArtWeek Park County is September 19th – 27th and we want to fill the calendar with local classes, performances, demonstrations, open studios and other opportunities to connect community members with your art.
The ArtWeek Park County festival celebrates the region’s vibrant creative community while strengthening Park County’s reputation as an artist destination. The festival brings together artists, residents, and visitors for a series of featured events culminating in a community art auction showcasing work by regional creatives.
Organizers invite artists from across the area to contribute to this year’s ArtWeek celebration. There are many ways to participate:
- Host an Open Studio: Share your creative space with the community and showcase your artistic process.
- Offer a Workshop or Demo: Teach a skill, show off your techniques, or host a fun, hands-on demo for art enthusiasts of all ages.
- Curate a Special Drink or Entrée: Restaurants and cafes are invited to create an art-inspired menu item for the week.
- Live Art Session: Engage with visitors by creating your art live and sharing your process with the public.
Participation during the weeklong event helps highlight the depth of artistic talent in the region and connection through the arts. Events will be published and advertised with ArtWeek Park County’s ongoing support. Limited stipends available.
To have your event included in print media like posters, rack cards, and maps, please submit by August 15th. To include your event or for more information about participating in this year’s ArtWeek Park County, visit artweekpc.com/events
