The Park County Senior Center is proud to announce the development of The Hub Club Cafe, a new community-centered café and gathering space designed to bring people together across generations while promoting wellness, creativity, and connection.
Located inside the Park County Senior Citizens building at 202 South Main Street, The Hub Club Cafe will transform an existing space into a vibrant, welcoming environment for seniors, students, families, and community members alike.
More than a traditional coffee shop, The Hub Club Cafe is being developed as a multi-use community hub that will offer specialty coffee and espresso beverages, smoothies, grab-and-go meals, and daily soups, alongside comfortable seating and flexible gathering areas.
In addition to daytime café service, the space will host structured after-school programming for local youth and expand into evening hours with community-driven events such as live music, poetry readings, storytelling, and small performances—addressing a recognized need for accessible, alcohol-free evening spaces in Livingston.
“This project is about creating a place where people feel connected,” said Garrick Fulmer-Faust, Executive Director of the Park County Senior Center. “We’re building something that supports our seniors, welcomes young people, and brings the entire community together in a meaningful way.”
The Hub Club Cafe builds on the broader vision of “The Hub” at the Senior Center—an initiative focused on reducing social isolation, increasing engagement, and strengthening intergenerational relationships within the community.
The project benefits from existing infrastructure, including a fully equipped commercial kitchen that will allow for efficient, high-quality food preparation while reducing startup costs and supporting long-term sustainability.
The Hub Club Cafe has received approval from the organization’s Board of Directors and is currently entering the development and funding phase. The project is seeking $60,000 in startup funding to support equipment, space improvements, operational setup, and initial staffing.
Community members, businesses, and organizations are invited to support the project through financial contributions, sponsorships, equipment or furniture donations, and volunteer involvement. Sponsorship opportunities will include support for community programming, youth gathering hours, and event initiatives.
The Hub Club Cafe is expected to launch in phases, beginning with core café operations and expanding into full programming and extended hours.
